Board of directors

The Board of directors is made up of 15 members and exercises all the rights, powers and prerogatives of the Order and sees to the application of the Professional Code, the CPA Act and the related regulations.  

Executive committee

The executive committee sees to the day-to-day administration of the Order’s affairs and may exercise all the powers delegated to it by the Board of directorsas provided for by the Professional Code. 

Management committee

Together, the 12 members of our management team work to steer our strategic vision, prepare our action plans, guide our teams toward success and push all boundaries.

Consultation on dues and et Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Every year, we hold a consultation with our members on the dues amount proposed by the Board of directors. The comments received are compiled and then presented for consideration at the Annual General Meeting.
