En effet, le syndic peut communiquer avec vous ainsi qu\u2019avec le CPA pour obtenir des renseignements ou des documents compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 ceux d\u00e9j\u00e0 soumis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dur\u00e9e d\u2019une enqu\u00eate varie selon la complexit\u00e9 du dossier, la collaboration des parties et le nombre d\u2019enqu\u00eates en cours. Le syndic vous informera par \u00e9crit de l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, soit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dans les jours suivant la r\u00e9ception de votre demande d\u2019enqu\u00eate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>au 90<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;jour de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, si celle-ci n\u2019est pas termin\u00e9e;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e0 tous les 60 jours subs\u00e9quents.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de ces communications, vous ne recevrez pas de d\u00e9tails sur l\u2019enqu\u00eate, car toutes les informations recueillies demeurent confidentielles et aucune des parties n\u2019y a acc\u00e8s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultat de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syndic vous communiquera par \u00e9crit la d\u00e9cision qu\u2019il aura prise en tenant compte de l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9l\u00e9ments recueillis et de la preuve disponible. Intervention non disciplinaire      <\/p>\n      <span class=\"accordion__header__icon\" role=\"presentation\">\n          <span class=\"plus\"><\/span>\n      <\/span>\n    <\/button>\n    <div class=\"accordion__sub-rows wysiwyg ac-panel\">\n      \n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019elles constituent une meilleure solution pour la protection du public, des mesures non disciplinaires peuvent \u00eatre envisag\u00e9es par le syndic en tenant compte de la gravit\u00e9 de la faute et de la mission de protection du public&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la conciliation d\u00e9ontologique;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la visite d\u2019un inspecteur professionnel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019envoi de mises en garde ou d\u2019avertissements au membre;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la prescription d\u2019un stage de perfectionnement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la limitation volontaire du droit d\u2019exercice de la profession;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la cessation volontaire de l\u2019exercice de la profession (renonciation au permis de comptabilit\u00e9 publique ou au permis de CPA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"notification-message aligndefault notification-message--info notification-message--outline\"\n>\n   \n\n<p class=\"is-style-intro\">Pour en savoir plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syndic propose la&nbsp;conciliation d\u00e9ontologique&nbsp;s\u2019il estime que les circonstances se pr\u00eatent \u00e0 une r\u00e9solution de conflit \u00e0 l\u2019amiable.&nbsp;La conciliation est entreprise avec le consentement des deux parties, qui participent ainsi activement \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de la situation.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"3-depot-dune-plainte-au-conseil-de-discipline\" class=\"accordion ac\" data-open-by-default=\"false\">\n  <div class=\"accordion__accordion\">\n    <button class=\"accordion__header-row accordion-toggle ac-header ac-trigger\">\n      \n      <p class=\"accordion__header__title\">          3.
