Still, unfortunate situations may occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the form below to submit a <strong>request for an inquiry <\/strong>to the Order in order to report an offence committed by a CPA, or to report a non-member of the Order who is performing reserved acts or claiming to be a CPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before you fill out the form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Be sure to read the 3 sections below, as they will help you <strong>identify the subject of your complaint <\/strong>and prepare the necessary documents for your request to be processed. You must provide the most complete and accurate information possible to allow our teams to make an informed decision. Reporting the conduct of a CPA      <\/p>\n      <span class=\"accordion__header__icon\" role=\"presentation\">\n          <span class=\"plus\"><\/span>\n      <\/span>\n    <\/button>\n    <div class=\"accordion__sub-rows wysiwyg ac-panel\">\n      \n\n<p>Do you believe that a CPA has breached his or her ethical obligations? Did the CPA violate legislation or professional regulations he or she must adhere to?
