However, it is possible that a settlement can be reached by the parties.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hearing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Both parties are heard during a hearing before the Council for the arbitration of accounts, and they are entitled to be assisted by a lawyer. Depending on the amount in dispute, the arbitration council is formed of one or three arbitrators who are CPAs. The date, time and location of the hearing as well as the names of the arbitrators are communicated at least 10&nbsp;days before the date of the hearing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The council for the arbitration of accounts\u2019 decision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The arbitration council renders its decision within&nbsp;<strong>45&nbsp;days<\/strong>&nbsp;of the hearing.
